The terms that apply when you use this website, buy products from our online shop or ask us to quote for an installation.

About these terms

This website is operated by Sunnovate Energy Systems, 1 Otigba Street, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Guides and the system finder

Our guides and the system finder give general, indicative information to help you plan. They are not a final engineering design or a quote. Every installation is confirmed by a site assessment before anything is ordered, and the final specification can differ from an indicative result.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before processing the order.

Product prices do not include installation unless the listing says so.

Orders and payment

Online payments are processed securely by Paystack. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where stock or pricing is wrong, and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Delivery and collection

You can collect orders from our office in Ikeja, Lagos, or we can arrange delivery within Nigeria. Any delivery fee is confirmed with you by phone before dispatch.

Installation services

Installation work is quoted separately after a site assessment and is carried out under its own written agreement, which sets out the scope, price, timeline and workmanship cover for that job.

Warranties

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which we help you claim. Workmanship cover for installations is set out in your installation agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.

Using this website

You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unlawful or harmful material. Text, images and design on this site belong to Sunnovate or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.

Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Our responsibilities for products and installations are set out in your order and installation agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute.
