Home/Security/Smart Home Automation

Security & ELV

A smarter property is one that works around you

Automation is only worth having when it removes a daily irritation — keys to cut, lights left on, a gate you cannot see from inside.

What we install

Four areas that actually get used

We specify what solves a real problem in your property rather than filling a house with devices.

Smart locks

Keyless entry with access you can grant and revoke without cutting a key.

Multiple unlock methods

Lighting control

Scheduled and remote lighting that also supports the cameras after dark.

Scheduling · Remote control

Surveillance

Cameras integrated into the same control experience as the rest of the property.

Remote viewing · Alerts

Video intercom

See and speak to whoever is at the gate before deciding to open it.

Gate control · Two-way audio

Smart door locks with fingerprint and keypad entry

Integrated control

One place to manage it, or it will not get used

The failure mode of home automation is five apps and a household that gives up on all of them.

We specify the components so they behave as one installation — locks, lighting, intercom and cameras controlled together, with schedules and alerts that reflect how the property is actually used.

Components chosen to work together, not accumulated separately

Schedules built around your household routine

Alerts that are worth reacting to rather than constant noise

Set up and demonstrated before handover

Every one of these starts with a problem, not a product.

Keys copied, lights left on, and no way to see the gate from inside.

Smart entry, scheduled lighting and video intercom, controlled from one place.

Power the systems your property depends on.

Locks, cameras and intercoms draw continuous power — and they fail exactly when the supply does. We design the energy side too, so they stay up.

Common questions

What buyers ask us

Do I need to replace all my doors?

No. Smart locks are selected to suit existing doors wherever possible, which the survey establishes before anything is specified.

What if the internet goes down?

Which functions depend on connectivity and which continue locally is a design decision. We set out what happens in each case for your specific installation.

Can I give a visitor temporary access?

Yes, on systems that support it. Time-limited credentials are one of the more genuinely useful features, particularly for short lets and staff.

Does automation work with the cameras?

Where components are chosen to work together, yes — which is the argument for specifying the whole installation at once rather than adding devices piecemeal.

Is it worth it in a small property?

Sometimes not, and we will say so. Automation earns its cost when it removes a recurring irritation, not because a property is large.
