Energy solutions
Not everyone wants a full solar strategy. Some people simply want the lights, the fridge and the office to stay on. That is a solvable problem on its own.
The problem
For a household it means spoiled food, no water pressure and a generator running through the night. For a business it means stopped trade, idle staff and equipment cycling in ways it was never designed to.
A backup system is judged on one question: when the supply goes, does everything you actually depend on keep running?
Supply that comes and goes on no schedule you can plan around.
Fuel, noise, fumes and servicing — every week, indefinitely.
Sensitive equipment cycled hard by unplanned power interruptions.
Every dark hour is revenue that does not come back.
The approach
A backup solution is usually a combination rather than a single purchase: an inverter to carry the load and switch cleanly, storage to hold enough energy for the window you need, and often solar to recharge that storage without fuel.
Which combination is right depends on how long your outages last, what has to stay running, and whether you want to reduce generator use or eliminate it. We establish that before recommending anything.
Inverter systems for clean, immediate changeover
Battery storage sized to your required backup window
Solar to recharge storage without buying fuel
Critical circuits identified and prioritised
Choose your path
The equipment overlaps. The priorities do not.
Keeping a household comfortable and functional through an outage, without anyone getting up to start a generator.
Lighting, fans, refrigeration and connectivity as the protected base
Overnight autonomy as the headline requirement
Quiet, automatic changeover
Keeping a business trading, with the loads that generate revenue prioritised on the backup path.
Load profiled across actual trading hours
Critical circuits separated and prioritised
Phased installation to avoid closing

Common questions
No. Many clients keep the generator as a last resort while running everything else on the backup system, which cuts fuel use sharply without removing the fallback. Hybrid inverters can be configured to accept generator input where that is wanted.
A properly configured inverter switches fast enough that computers and lighting do not notice. Configuration and equipment choice determine this, which is why it is set during commissioning rather than left at default.
It can, but cooling is a heavy continuous load and it changes the size and cost of the system substantially. It should be declared at sizing stage rather than added afterwards.
No. An inverter and battery alone provide backup. Adding solar means the storage recharges without fuel or grid, which is what turns a backup system into a genuine reduction in running cost.
Tell us at design stage. Specifying an inverter and configuration with headroom is far cheaper than replacing them when demand increases.
The same team that designs your power system installs the cameras, access control and fire detection that protect it — specified together, on one backup path.
Next step
Start with the appliances that matter. We will design the system around them.
